Enroll through our wash app and you'll get a wash code and a QR code for your membership. Manage or cancel your plan any time from the app.

Download the free app to join the Wash Club, then use it every visit. It opens straight to Bear Country Wash — no searching for our location.

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Let us know and we'll stop the next billing cycle.
Memberships are per vehicle, and our VIA Guard system checks each plate against your plan. You can absolutely cover more than one — just add them using the multi-vehicle pricing above. Each vehicle you add brings 5 more washes to your monthly total, and those washes are shared, so any vehicle on the plan can use any of them. A 2-vehicle plan gets 20 washes a month to split however you like.
If a vehicle that isn't on your plan uses your membership, you'll get a notification in the app and by text asking how you'd like to handle it — add that vehicle to your plan, or pay for the single wash. A one-time accident can be dismissed from the notification.
The automatic wash may pause when temperatures drop below 10°F to protect the equipment. Our self-service bays stay open 24/7, and we resume as soon as temperatures allow.
