The Monthly Wash Pass provides a package of washes (and vacuum credits where available) on a monthly basis in each month that the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until the customer cancels the service via the app.
Operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it feels necessary. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
Operator reserves the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or due to maintenance, with or without notice. This includes temporary closures when temperatures drop below 10°F.
The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities. Washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass barcode will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass family plan automatically, and you agree to the associated increase in monthly charges.
The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, you agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto renewal. You waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in your agreement with the card issuer or otherwise.
By enrolling with your email address and cell phone number, you provide explicit consent to receive communication via email and text messaging from Bear Country Wash regarding your wash pass account, car wash operations, updates, and marketing activity.
You may unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel/unsubscribe practices. Please note that unsubscribing will remove access to automated alerts regarding your account.
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service, and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality.
Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, you grant Bear Country Wash and its supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture your image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively "Images").
Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and has permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner related to its business, including publications, advertisements, brochures, and website images.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of Images prior to their use, and forever release and hold Bear Country Wash harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of such Images in any manner or media.
