Nope — stay in your vehicle the whole time. Drive up to the kiosk, select your wash package, pay, and pull forward when the light turns green. The system will guide you through. Keep your windows up, put your car in neutral, and let it do the work.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at the automatic wash kiosk. Self-service bays accept coins and cards. No membership or account required — just pull up and pay.
Yes. Our self-service bays have an 11'6" clearance and wide openings designed to accommodate trucks, full-size vans, campers, and most RVs. If you're unsure whether your vehicle fits, call us at (715) 904-0570 and we'll help.

Most customers who care about their paint go Black Bear or Grizzly. For a quick everyday clean, Cub or Brown Bear does the job.
Yes. All four self-service bays are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The automatic wash is also open 24/7, with one exception: during extreme cold (below 10°F) it may be temporarily paused for equipment protection. We resume as soon as temperatures allow.
If you have an issue with the automatic wash, call us directly at (715) 904-0570. If it's after hours and urgent, leave a voicemail and we'll respond as soon as possible. We stand behind our equipment — if the wash didn't complete properly, we make it right.
